PROTECT YOUR INSCRIPTION
Many things can happen since you enter IRATI XTREM BTT to the event day. That's why we offer you this different protection options:
NO PROTECTION (0€)
If you didn't choose a protection option and you can't come to IRATI XTREM BTT, until 12/8/2024 you can make the changes, paying.
BASIC Protection (5€)
You'll be able to change the number owner or event (to I 2025) or event (Irati Xtrem road 2025) UNTIL 30/8/2024.
PREMIUM Protection (10€)
You'll be able to change the number owner, event (Irati Xtrem road 2025) or edition (Irati Xtrem BTT 2025) UNTIL 6/9/2024
Number Owner Change
You can transfer your number to another rider. It can be someone you indicate us, or someone in the waiting list (in case there’s one).
How? Your number will be given to the chosen person, he’ll pay for it and you’ll get a refund in your credit card.
Event Change
Maybe you can’t come to Irati Xtrem BTT but you can come to Irati Xtrem road 2025. You can change the event!
Edition Change
Your inscription will be transfered from Irati Xtrem 2025.
CONDITIONS
You need to book it with the inscription, at the same time.
Changes can be done from 2024/3/1

CANCELLATION, ABSENCE...
NO REFUND WILL BE DONE APART FROM THOSE SITUATIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE. WELCOME BAGS WILL NOT BE SENT.
