From the moment you register until the day of the event, different circumstances may occur that prevent you from coming to IRATI XTREM BTT.
Therefore, we suggest that you protect your registration:
NONE
Cost: €0
Change of ownership: €10 (until 12/08/25). The owner must propose a new person.
Change of edition: €25 (until 12/08/25)
BASIC
Cost: €10
Change of ownership: Free (until 30/08/25). The owner must propose a new person.
Change of event (Irati Xtrem 2026) or edition (Irati Xtrem BTT 2026): Free (until 30/08/25)
PREMIUM
Cost: €15
Change of ownership: Free (until 06/09/25). The owner must propose a new person.
Change of event (Irati Xtrem 2026) or edition (Irati Xtrem BTT 2026): Free (until 06/09/25)
CONDITIONS
Changes of ownership will only be made between the people proposed by the holders of the registration. The Organisation will not propose people and therefore does not guarantee the change.
It is only possible to change the event to any of those proposed in 2026.
It will only be possible to contract the Protection at the time of registration. It cannot be contracted later.

Outside the conditions and dates described, NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED
CANCELLATION, ABSENCE...
NO REFUND WILL BE DONE APART FROM THOSE SITUATIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE. WELCOME BAGS WILL NOT BE SENT.
